PregnancyUAE is a two-sided online marketplace. Licensed third-party businesses provide the non-medical pregnancy-related services listed on the marketplace. PregnancyUAE does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency services.

Country of domicile and governing law

United Arab Emirates is our country of domicile, and the governing law is the local law.

Any purchase, dispute, or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the UAE.

Eligibility and customer accounts

Customers using the website who are minors or under the age of 18 shall not register as a user of the website and shall not transact on or use the website.

The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account.

Customers must provide current, complete, and accurate information and are responsible for activity carried out through their account.

Services and bookings

Service descriptions, provider details, prices, availability, and any service-specific conditions will be shown before purchase. A booking is subject to provider availability and is confirmed only when the customer receives confirmation.

Payment terms

Visa or Mastercard debit and credit cards in AED will be accepted for payment.

The displayed price and currency at the checkout page will be the same price and currency printed on the transaction receipt, and the amount charged to the card will be shown in the cardholder's card currency.

Once payment is made, a confirmation notice will be sent by email within 24 hours of receipt.

The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and the policies and rules published at https://pregnancyuae.ae/.

Restricted countries

We will not trade with or provide any services to OFAC and sanctioned countries.

Services and payments are unavailable to Iran, Cuba, North Korea, Sudan, South Sudan, Ukraine, Syria, the Russian Federation, Myanmar, and Yemen. We will not accept payment cards issued in, or payments in currencies associated with, prohibited or sanctioned jurisdictions.

Cancellations and refunds

The separate Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy form part of these terms. Customers may cancel at least 48 hours before the scheduled service for a full refund. Later cancellations are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
